My name is Cassandra aka KALLITECHNIS. I’m a singer, songwriter, dancer, performer and overall art kid. SOUL OVER EGO is a mantra that found me a couple of years ago. It’s a lens, a lifestyle, and a practice. It’s actively choosing to prioritize the soul’s needs over the ego’s wants. The phrase has been guiding me for some time now. I guess it’s a sort of compass. Let’s not get it twisted: it’s constant work and I don’t always get it right. SOUL OVER EGO is about remembering who I was before the noise of my ego started drowning out my intuition.
